Important Safety Information: GLP-1 treatments

Warning: risk of thyroid C-cell tumors. GLP-1 medicines caused thyroid C-cell tumors in animal studies. It is not known whether they cause these tumors in people. Do not use if you or a family member has had medullary thyroid carcinoma or if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2. Tell your provider about a neck lump, swelling, hoarseness, trouble swallowing, or shortness of breath.

Serious risks. These medicines may cause pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, low blood sugar—especially with insulin or sulfonylureas—kidney injury related to dehydration, severe stomach problems, serious allergic reactions, or vision changes. Seek urgent help for severe persistent abdominal pain, signs of an allergic reaction, or other severe symptoms.

Pregnancy. Do not use during pregnancy. Tell your provider if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, breastfeeding, or could become pregnant. Your provider will advise when to stop before a planned pregnancy.

Before treatment. Tell your provider about all medical conditions and medications, including diabetes medicines. Side effects commonly include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and abdominal pain. This summary does not include every risk; follow the medication guide and provider instructions.

Weight-management FAQ

Before you begin.

Will the monthly price rise if my dose changes?

No. The price shown for the selected medication stays the same at every provider-prescribed dose. There is no separate membership fee.

What does “food noise” mean?

It is a common, nonmedical phrase for persistent thoughts about food, cravings, or planning the next meal. Response to treatment varies, and a provider can discuss realistic expectations.

Does everyone qualify?

No. Eligibility depends on medical history, current medications, state availability, and a licensed provider’s judgment.

Can I use insurance?

The program is cash-pay and does not require insurance. The listed price includes the treatment, consultation, and standard shipping if prescribed.
